Is this a joke?
Is this a joke?
If I remember right, there is only a 2% difference between this offer and the last one they received from the previous government.
It’s not suddenly loads better, they just could never accept any deal made by a Conservative government.
Edit: I just looked up the previous government’s offer, and the difference is actually .3%. I’m sure those strikes weren’t politically motivated though. 🙄
“It’s my side doing it, so nothing to see here”.
Maybe they think Hamas calling for the destruction of Israel at all costs is just a cry for attention?
What they sometimes call an “accountability project”
Lol. Are they going to hold this government to account over the next five years? I suspect not because that’s not what the people funding them want.
I like how no one seems bothered that this guy is doing this purely to get access to the Prime Minister and the levers of government.
If this was happening under a Conservative government, you wouldn’t hear the end of the screeching. Yet when it’s a Labour government everyone is just like “yeah, I don’t care”.
Is it too much to ask for some consistency?
I mean, if you’re blocking motorways you should be dealt with harshly.

Right-to-Buy is a good idea in theory, but the problem is that the social housing that’s then taken off the market isn’t replenished, so there’s fewer houses available for people who can’t afford to buy or rent privately.
Roald Dahl quote:
there is a trait in the Jewish character that does provoke animosity. … Even a stinker like Hitler didn’t just pick on them for no reason.
Nothing anti-Semitic about that, of course…
What a daft idea.
If you’re not happy with your MP, vote them out.
They’ve just asked them to start a bit later.
What’s the problem?
She wouldn’t, because she claims a doctor told her this. You don’t see a doctor until you’ve been pushed to the front of the queue by the nurses.
What a load of bollocks.
Healthcare staff in A&E will prioritise patients based on their immediate need. If you’re having breathing difficulties (and apparently, Phillips’ lips were turning blue, so that’s quite serious), you’ll be treated quicker because it’s more urgent.
This makes it sound like there’s some kind of sectarianism in our healthcare, and is frankly a stupid thing for an MP to say. But Jess Phillips has never been the brightest.
You think all that is going to happen in… five years?
According to the Twitter/X account Stats for Lefties, one of the main reasons for the drop is a “collapse in support amongst over-65s”.
So amongst people who don’t vote for them anyway and a demographic who are going to finally be losing out on something for once.
Nothing to see here.
Right. But do you realise how high they would have to be to nationalise multiple trillion dollar companies?
Lol. What a ludicrous idea.
How high do you want your taxes to be, for a start?
You think Hamas will cease to exist if there’s some kind of two-state solution?
