(Me and at least three other households I know watched it in Canada. My friend in VA did not, and hadn’t even heard about Fido til I mentioned it this afternoon.)

To be fair, the BBC trialed a Mastadon account in 2022, but I think the fact that some ex-Tweeters went BlueSky kinda convoluted the exodus.
My friend struggled with heroin and was told to use marijuana to get off of opiates. It worked for him-- I guess happily baked people can’t be arsed to get off the couch to go score drugs.
Regardless, it’s ridiculous that something with medical potential isn’t deemed a priority to “look into”. One thing our JT did right was to legalize it federally 2.5 years into his first term. I’m assuming some US pharma companies are delaying it.
Very good point. #TrumpIsACoward was trending on his “Truth Social” at the start of this month-- I’m assuming they’ve all been vocal “yes men” up to this point. I can see it rattling him and causing doubt.
That and the sinking sensation he no doubt got after the “JD Vance was a mistake” articles.
George Harrison’s estate denounced the use of the Harrison-written Beatles song “Here Comes the Sun” after the Trump campaign used the song to introduce Ivanka Trump at the 2016 Republican National Convention.
The estate noted that Trump did not have permission to use this song, but that they would consider allowing him to use the Harrison song “Beware of Darkness”.
